I am unable to login.
My username/password is not being recognized even though I am already a member from previous years.
In choosing a new web hosting agency, CIS has switched to a new server and as a result user profiles from our previous website were not transcribed during the changeover. When trying to sign on to the website, you must create an account for first time logins.
I forgot my password.
Under the login screen, select “Forgot Your Password?” and enter the e-mail address used to create your account and a password reset will be sent to that email address. Please remember this WILL NOT work if you have not first created an account on our new website.
Am I able to sign up multiple members from my Unit?
No. Each member must sign up individually so that a profile/account is generated for each person. Same method of payment (ie: one business credit card) can be used multiple times for separate transactions.
Would like to pay but I do not have a PayPal account.
Just below the login button click on the Click on the button “Pay with Credit Card or Visa Debit” to make a payment without having an account.

I renewed my account for 2017 at the end of 2016 and now I can’t get on the new website.
The Board is making their way through our 2016 files and has to manually create an account for you. When an account is created by CIS on your behalf, you will receive an e-mail to the e-mail address that you’ve originally provided CIS when creating your account. Once you receive an e-mail with your generic username and password, you can access your account and sign in to change username and password.
I renewed my membership in 2016 prior to the addition of the hardcopy subscription option. Is there a way I can still sign up to receive hardcopies of Identification Canada?
Under the “Membership” section of the website, there is an option to add “2017 Add Hardcopy to Membership” for $35.00. Select this option and continue to checkout.
My payment was not accepted/unable to enter credit card information.
Usually there is an error message or a field that is highlighted as needing to be filled our or that the information entered is working and you need to enter the information again. Usually the credit numbers or the expire date was miss typed.
