Executive Board Vacancies:
Administration Officer
- assists the President and Board of Directors in handling the affairs of the Society
- assists in the renewal of memberships for members
- makes every possible effort to attend the Board of Directors Meeting and take meeting minutes
- corresponds with members of the Society
Provincial Director (British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, and Saskatchewan)
- must reside in the Province whom they represent, except in the case for the Director for Yukon and the Territories, who must reside in either the Yukon, or the Northwest Territories
- assists the President and Board of Directors in handling the affairs of the Society on a provincial level
- corresponds with members of the Society that reside in their jurisdiction
- will try to hold at least one regional meeting within the year that will allow members of the identification community to meet and discuss topics related to the field and the business affairs of the Society
- allowable expenses may be reimbursed from the Society for the purpose of organizing such regional meetings upon request to the Administration Officer
- makes every possible effort to attend the Board of Directors Meeting
- assists the Administration Officer in the renewal of memberships for members that reside in their jurisdiction, actively seeks new memberships from eligible persons that reside in their jurisdiction
- may serve on committees of the Society as directed by the President
- will notify the Chairperson of the Nominations Committee of their intention to seek re-election, or put forward the name or names of members who wish to seek election as a Provincial Director
- has one vote on the Board of Directors
